Hi, thanks for this free plugin.

I just wanted to report, that there are several issues and bugs:
1. "Remember this session" does not work
2. there is an additional field next to "Content Type (Form) *" which indicates it would be required but it actually is not.
3. Nobody knows what this additional field is for
4. UTF-8 encoded csv files are not properly imported
5. updating items does not work at all, already existing items are cancelled alltogether
6. only Super Users can be chosen from the author field whereas it should list all "Authors"
7. There is nowhere any explanation how this plugin works except those more or less helpful hints in the plugin desc and an outdated tutorial

Would appreciate a more detailed tutorial and fixes to the mentioned bugs.
