octopoos, is it possible to creat a plugin and add payment options to it??

I haven't looked it more... but I have a client that want to have a bussiness directory but with payment option to some fields.
is this an already available option on current version of seblod?

also, do we have limitations on developing a plugin or we can do wantever we want with the input given by user nad then output it as we want?
