Hi there,
I added another user field to the standard user content type to be able to add a kind of mentor for a user. Unfortunately when creating a new user now in the backend, I'm pre-selected in this user field. I already put the default value to 0, as I wanted to have no user pre-selected, but this didn't work. Does anybody know how to do that or is this a bug?

welcome on SEBLOD Forum.
You say "this didn't work", What does not working ?
Without more explaination, like the configuration (storage, ...) it will difficult to answer you.

Thank you for the welcome and your feedback.
I meant that when creating a new user, the user account with which I'm logged in in the backend is always pre-selected in the additional user field that I added in the backend. When clicking on the additional userfield (JUser-Form) there is an option "No User" and I would indeed prefer to have this option pre-selected as default.
Storage is Standard - User - "mentor" and in the Construction section I chose "0" as default.

Sorry, found the solution myself ... NULL instead of 0 was the value to be put as default ... ;-)
