This restriction plugin lets you choose to display or hide your field's content based on the contents of another field.
- Hide or display a field based on another field.
- Joomla! 3.x
Similar to the "Conditional States" setting that is available in Search / List Type Views, this restriction plugin lets you display or hide a field based on the contents of another field in ANY view.
In the first field in the "+" options you enter the name of the field you want to check, and in the second field you put the value. In the screenshot example below the "title" field will only be displayed if the Country entered is France.
Invert:
- No - will ensure that the field is only shown when the conditions are met
- Yes - will ensure that the field is hidden when the conditions are met
